Ober Mountain's commitment to quality ensures excellent snow conditions throughout the season, thanks to state-of-the-art snowmaking capabilities. So, gather your friends and family and get ready for an unforgettable winter adventure on the slopes at Ober Mountain!

Lift tickets are available with three options: 4hr, 8hr, and Night. Time block starts upon the first time the ticket is scanned at our Slope Gate.

2025/26 Season Passes

Ober Mountain Ski & Snowboard Season Passes include unlimited access to Ski Slopes, all the lifts that service them and unlimited use of the Gatlinburg Tram, during any open slope hours throughout Ski Season (does not include equipment rental).

  • 2 Free Buddy Passes

  • 5 Discounted Buddy Passes ($29 Mon-Thu or $54 Fri-Sun)

  • Buddy Passes can be redeemed throughout the season except Dec. 19 – Jan. 4, Jan. 16-18, and Feb. 13-15.

  • Local (Sevier County) discounted season passes available in person only at Guest Services office. Call for details.

Ride Details
  • 10 Runs:

    • 25% beginner, 50% intermediate, and 25% advanced

  • Unlimited Access to slopes and lifts

  • Terrain Park (closed on peak holidays)

  • Day (4hr & 8hr) and Night sessions available. Night tickets are on-site purchase only for the last 4 hours slope operation.

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
  • Everyone must have a current valid Ski Area Ticket (and ski/snowboard equipment) at all times to enter the slopes

  • A minor (under 18 yrs old), skiing/snowboarding without a parent present must bring a Minor Liability Form signed by a parent

  • Ages 11 yrs and under must be accompanied on the slopes by a ticketed/equipped parent or guardian 18 yrs or older

  • Helmet is encouraged

Ober Mountain features 10 diverse trails across 38 skiable acres, catering to all skill levels. With a vertical drop of 500 feet and the longest run stretching nearly a mile, the ski area offers a balanced mix of terrain. A dedicated terrain park adds extra excitement for freestyle enthusiasts. The slopes are serviced by a combination of quad, double, and surface lifts, ensuring smooth access throughout the park. Ober Mountain is the premier winter destination in the Smokies.

2025/26 Indy Pass

We're thrilled to be on the 25/26 Indy Pass, a ski pass uniting 270+ of the world's best family and independently-owned ski areas.
